I’m Kathy, and I suffered from eczema for more than 15 years.  I went to countless doctors, dermatologists, and allergists and got minimal relief, I decided to take my health into my own hands. I became the warrior in my battle for answers and was determined to find the root cause of my illness.

Everything. Got. Better. It took time. I can help you feel better in less time.  After studying health and wellness to find my own answers, I decided to attend the Institute for Transformational Nutrition. After an intensive year of classes, I received my Health Coach Certification. My passion lies in working with others to reduce their symptoms of chronic illness and in leading them to improved health and wellness by changing their lifestyles.

After many years I can now eat anything I want, without the negative side effects I used to get.
I firmly believe that there is no one diet that is right for everybody. Together, we’ll determine what works best for you because I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
I have enough “hard knocks” experience and substantial education and training to put to good use helping people like you to live the life of their dreams – healthy, energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and with less pain.
